As the most compact Integrity steam sterilizer, the 175 model uses 65% less water than its competitor, saving you time, money, and resources. Whether your medical steam sterilizer is worn out and you need something new, or you’re outfitting your new facility, the Integrity 175 is a great choice!
This Integrity steam sterilizer has all the bells and whistles of other Skytron Integrity sterilizer models with capacities of 150 lbs. per cycle. With an easy check cycle status, you can keep tabs on sterilization with this fully jacketed stainless-steel chamber. In addition to providing reliable sterilization, this Integrity steam sterilizer comes with 24/7 technical support, so your equipment is always up and running.
Do you have large-scale medical sterilization needs? Are you tired of running multiple cycles just to get your equipment sterilized? Integrity 270 medical steam sterilizers can accommodate all of your equipment sterilization needs with 16 trays that have room to clean 400lbs per cycle. With even temperature control, these sterilizers reduce the potential for cool spots by offering fully jacketed construction.
Medical steam sterilizers are an essential part of any hospital or medical facility. By increasing the ability of heat to kill microorganisms, steam reduces sterilization time and temperatures to kill harmful proteins. At KLM Medical Equipment, we ensure that your facility in Kansas, Missouri, and throughout the rest of the nation is equipped with sterilizers that improve efficiency and cleanliness.
Broken down into a three-step cycle, medical steam sterilizers include conditioning, exposure, and exhaust phases for complete sterilization.
As phase one of the cycle, conditioning refers to the heating of air for steam sterilization.
Phase two is exposure, which loads the chamber with steam and exposes equipment to sterilization for a set amount of time (defined by sterilization device).
Phase three includes the removal of exhaust from the chamber, which causes the pressure to release and cool down the equipment.
